IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read this Refund Policy before purchasing any of our Done For You Reiki Products listed above. When you place an order with us for one of our Reiki Done For You Products you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and our refund policy.

Our Done For You Reiki Products are non-tangible non-returnable (Digital) goods, which means All Sales are Final, so we do not issue refunds once the order is processed and you have created your account and accessed the product via the My Account membership dashboard.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of any Done For You Reiki products that you purchase from the RHA Academy store.

We realize that exceptional circumstance can take place and we may issue refunds or give store credit in certain circumstances.

WE WILL ONLY HONOUR REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT ON THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

Non-delivery of the product:

If for any reason you have not been able to create your RHA Academy membership account and access the Done For You Product that you have purchased via the My Account membership dashboard then we will be able to issue you a refund or store credit.

Claims for non-delivery of one of our Done For You Reiki Products must be submitted via the Support link at the top of any page within 7 days of the order being placed. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded and therefore no refund issued.

Downloading & Technical Issues

Refunds due to technical issues, such as a problem with a file, are at the sole discretion of the RHA Academy. If the technical issue is due to something on our part, we will do everything we can to fix this issue. If the technical issue is on your part, we can only assist you to a certain degree. No refunds will be given for your own technical issues or faults.

Claims regarding such technical issues must be submitted to us via the Support link at the top of any page. Failure to do so within 3 days from the date of purchase will result in your refund being declined.

Duplicate Purchases:

If you purchase an item more than once by mistake, we will either refund you for the duplicate purchase or give you RHA Academy store credit of the same amount – You may choose which option would best suit you.

Unsuitable Software:

All of our Done For You Reiki product sales pages are clearly marked with what software you will need to access/edit/change them. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right software or platforms to access your bundles. We will not give refunds for customers not having the correct tools to access their products.

WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

No Longer Want: Refunds are not issued for any bundles you purchase but choose you no longer want or require.

You Don’t Like The Products: Refunds are not issued due to customers personal like/dislike of the content. Customers can read real reviews on each sale pages and are welcome to email us for more information or any questions before purchasing.

File Downloaded: Refunds are not issued for files that you have already downloaded, unless otherwise noted on that product’s sales page.

Used Content: Refunds are not issued for products if you have used any part of the content, such as sharing it with your customers or including portions in another product.

Any application for a refund should be accompanied by detailed reasons why you applied for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.

Disputes: Please contact us directly if you have any issue or disputes. If a PayPal or credit card dispute is opened to request a refund during the grace period, refund will not be issued. Please close your dispute and then request your refund via the Support link at the top of any page.

The Reiki Expert Academy Mentorship Program is a private monthly membership Business Training Service which you access via the My Account membership dashboard of this website. The Reiki Expert Academy Mentorship Program has been created by a team of experienced Reiki Masters to provide a step by step Reiki Business Coaching service to teach professional Reiki practitioners how to setup, develop and build a successful and sustainable professional online Reiki practice.

Payment for access to the Reiki Expert Academy Mentorship Program is in advance, either monthly or annually. You may cancel your membership at any time. You will not be charged again and your account will be closed the end of your current monthly or annual payment period. There are no refunds after the initial 30 days of membership.

If you join via a trial membership, you will pay the trial amount for the period (e.g. 14 Days), and then revert to paying the full membership price every month or year thereafter depending on your selected payment plan.

I am certain you’ll find the materials and support on the site to be incredibly valuable for your Reiki business.

If, however, you do wish to cancel, you can do so by emailing us via our contact form which is on our Support page of this website. You can access the Support page via the Support Link at the top of any page on this website.

If you cancel your membership before the end of your current paid up month or year, you will retain access to the site for the remainder of your paid-up period.

Other RHA Academy Business Training Products
We also have a number of other Reiki Business Training Courses and programs that are one-off purchases and as such do not carry the same Refund Policy as our Monthly Mentorship Programs. Each of our one-off courses has a guarantee period stated on the sales page where they can be purchased (or if not stated, the guarantee period is 7 days).

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase of any of our one-off Reiki Business Training Courses at any time within the guarantee period of 7 days, contact us via the Support Page and we’ll refund your payment – no questions asked.
